Terms and Conditions

1. Booking date will be confirmed and blocked for our client once we receive the deposit.


2. Deposit at least 30% of the total value of the package is required after confirming the selected package.


3. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will NOT be refunded.


4. 50% of package value must be paid once the shooting done.


5. EZYPHOTOGRAPHY have the right to use all images taken during the event subscribers for promotional purposes without the prior consent of the client.


6. The product will be delivered in 5-7 weeks after the event. We may not be responsible for any delay of delivery.


7. For those who do not clear their payments, delivery of product will not be handed over until full payment is made.


8. Clients have to prepare clean and comfortable accommodation for our crews if the event takes more than a day shooting period.


9. Clients are assumed had read all the T&C and agreed with them once they paid the deposit.
